鮮肉餡 Meat Filling

材料 Ingredient
豬絞肉 Ground Pork 1 磅 lb (450g)
蔥花 Minced scallion3 大匙 Tbs
絞肉醃料(濃) Ground Meat Marinade (Dark) 1 份 portion

註:如果如果絞肉中肥肉的比例很高,可以省略太白粉。豬肉可以由牛肉,羊肉或雞肉替代。
Note: Omit the corn starch if the fat content of the ground pork is high. The pork can be substituted with beef, lamb or chicken.

做法:
1.將絞肉和絞肉醃料放在大盆中,用多雙筷子用力攪拌到所有液體都被吸收。也可以放在攪拌機中,用漿狀腳攪拌。
2.加入蔥花拌勻。



Procedure:
1.Place the ground pork and Ground Pork Marinade in a big bowl. Use several chopsticks to stir the mixture vigorously until all the liquid is absorbed. You can also use a mixer with flat beater to mix the ground pork.
2.Add the minced scallions and mix well.
